The new McDonald's Fish Bites are here for your consumption.  These fish bites are not as crispy as chicken bites.  They are more soft and flaky.  The batter is thick but tasty with a seasoned flavor.  The meat inside is tasty and very moist, but so small due to the bite size.  Hence repeated eating.  Like the old slogan "You can't have just one . . . ".  The tartar sauce was surprisingly tasty.  It was pretty thick with chunks of pickle or something that gave it a full flavor and perfectly complimented the bites which are tasty, but tend to get doughy after repeated bites, so the sauce helps.  Like most tasty things the calories, cholesterol, sodium, and fat content are problematic.  But these bites are worth a try.  They don't really have a fishy taste either which is always a plus.  The texture, however, is definitely fishish.  The price is $2.99 for the regular size, $1.99 for the snack size, and over $4 for the larger sizes.
