Arby's Reel Big Fillet Fish Sandwich Review

This must be the season of the fish as popular fast food restaurants are releasing new and improved fish sandwiches and related products.  Arby's has renamed their fish sandwich probably to compete with the new addition of a fish sandwich to Wendy's menu.  The Arby's version is larger and cheaper than Wendy's and the taste is about the same, though I would probably choose the Wendy's version.  For 50 cents extra you can add a cheese slice or the cheese sauce so tastily enhancing to the roast beef sandwiches but not so good to the fish.  The size of the Arby's Reel Fish Fillet is filling and at two for $5 an excellent deal.  The fish is obviously a frozen then reheated patty and the bun is the same one on their more popular roast beef sandwiches.  The concern is the calories, cholesterol, and sodium content, each of which is too high.  Perhaps they should offer a grilled piece of fish rather than the heavily breaded fish they currently offer.  There is, however, a slight amount of fiber and a great amount of protein.  Though this sandwich was good, for the amount of calories I want to absolutely enjoy it and this new fish fillet is not reely the best catch.
